MeLiv is governed by these terms of service (these " Terms ").

1. Compliance with these terms
MeLiv users anywhere in the world, these terms apply to you.
Please review these Terms and our Policies and Instructions to learn how you may and may not use MeLiv . Your use of MeLiv is subject to these terms, and wherever you use the software, you may use MeLiv only as permitted If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use MeLiv and must immediately terminate your use of the software and all services.
1.1 Contracting entity
By using the MeLiv Apps and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms between you and MeLiv (“ we ”, “ our ” and “ our ”).We may specify in some of our applicable law requires you to obtain parental or guardian consent, your parent or guardian must agree (for themselves and on your behalf) to these terms before you can use MeLiv .1.4 Other general terms related to these terms Service Specific Terms that you are entering into a contract with one of our affiliates or service providers (rather than us) for your use of the relevant MeLiv Service or Functionality, and the relevant Service Specific Terms apply. 1.2 Minimum Age Requirement
MeLiv 's services are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. Legibility MeLiv 's services are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18.
To use the Services, you agree that: (i) you must be of or above the "Minimum Age" (described below);
We may change the minimum age from time to time in our sole discretion. In such cases, MeLiv users who did not reach the new minimum age when they started using the Services under the previous Terms of Service may continue to use them, as they have since reached the new minimum age.
"Minimum age" means 18 years. However, if applicable law requires you to be older to legally use MeLiv (including using your Personal Data) without parental consent, the minimum age will be that age. If applicable law requires you to obtain parental or guardian consent, your parent or guardian must agree (for themselves and on your behalf) to these terms before you can use MeLiv .

1.3 Other general terms related to these terms
We may translate these Terms into multiple languages, and if there is any discrepancy between the English version and any other language version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail (to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations).
2. Additional Terms and Policies
MeLiv , so in addition to these terms, there may be certain additional terms and policies that may apply to your use of all or part of MeLiv , as this section and others notify you from time to time. These Additional Terms of Service and Policies form a part of and are incorporated into these Terms.
2.1 MeLiv Policy
In addition to these Terms, you must abide by the MeLiv Privacy Policy, which sets out how we collect, store and use your personal information when using MeLiv .
2.2 Terms Applicable to Certain MeLiv Features
Some of our services and features may have additional terms specific to their use (notified to you by us), and your use of such services and features must comply with such additional terms, as well as these Terms.
2.3 Inconsistencies
If any additional terms or policies differ from these Terms, the relevant additional terms or policies will apply, but nothing in these additional terms or policies will (unless expressly stated otherwise in these additional terms or policies) modify the following Sections of these terms: MeLiv ";"Our Intellectual Property"; and MeLiv 's responsibility".
Changes to MeLiv
We may change the above terms from time to time, so please check back.
In addition, as MeLiv and the user experience continue to evolve, we may from time to time (to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations) add, change or remove features of MeLiv (including features related to whether the service is free or not), or completely Suspension or Termination of Services.
If we consider any changes to these Terms or to MeLiv to be reasonably material, we will (where reasonably practicable) send you an email or other notice by posting those changes on our website, through our Services or by sending you to notify you of such changes, and we will indicate when such changes will become effective. Your continued use of MeLiv after we make any changes to these Terms or to MeLiv , with or without notice to us, constitutes your agreement to be bound by those revised Terms. If you object to any changes, you may close your account.
4. Your Account
MeLiv by: 1) using your existing account with a third party social media platform (such as Facebook or Google). When you register by a third party, we will have the right to access, collect and use your information related to these third-party accounts.
Any account you open with us is personal to you and you may not gift, lend, transfer or otherwise allow any other person to access or use your account. Account names, user IDs and other identifiers you adopt with MeLiv remain our property and we may disable, recycle and reuse such information should you or us terminate or deactivate your account for any reason.
You are responsible for: (i) protecting your account details, including any passwords used to access your account and MeLiv , and (ii) all use of MeLiv under your account. If you know or suspect that your password or account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at puppylive@gmail.com. We will treat all use of your account on MeLiv as your own, unless we receive and confirm your notification to us that your account/password has been compromised.
MeLiv may provide means to deactivate your account for a particular Service - please refer to MeLiv from time to time for further guidance, if any.
5. Payment
As part of MeLiv (including to provide MeLiv or to provide certain additional features within MeLiv ), you may from time to time make payments to us or third parties. We may stipulate further terms applicable to such payments (including terms relating to refunds (if any), billing arrangements and any consequences of failure to make timely payments). You must comply with all such terms in relation to your payments to us. You agree that you are solely responsible for all charges and taxes associated with any such payment, and that pricing and availability of merchandise and products are subject to change at any time.
MeLiv provide otherwise, and under no circumstances will we be required to provide a refund (whether used or unused) of any monies paid to us by you for any item or product within MeLiv
We may process your payment in MeLiv through a third party service, and you agree to be bound by that third party's terms and conditions in relation to payment processing services, as detailed in the "Third Party Content and Services" section below.
Additionally, you agree to:
Your purchases may be subject to foreign exchange charges or price differences depending on location (such as exchange rates);
We may calculate the taxes and fees payable by you based on the billing information you provide us when you make a purchase.
6. Your content
You understand and agree to:
You will continue to own and be responsible for your content;
We will not sell your content to any third party;
Your content will be shared with other users of MeLiv in various ways. For example, once you upload your content to MeLiv , other users of MeLiv can see your content;
You grant us and our affiliates the right to use your content (at no cost or charge to you) solely to provide, promote, develop and try to improve MeLiv and our other services, including new services we will use in the future may provide;
In using your content for these purposes, we and our affiliates may reproduce, reproduce, host, store, process, adapt, modify, translate, perform, distribute and publish your content worldwide by all means of distribution content future;
We may share your content with third parties we work with to help provide, promote, develop and improve MeLiv , but these third parties (other than our affiliates) will not use it for their own purposes (i.e. for use in connection with for any purpose unrelated to MeLiv );
We may use the name you submit in connection with your content (whether it is your account name, real name or otherwise);
You will abide by these terms when submitting your content.
You are prohibited from posting and agree not to post any prohibited content in Company's sole discretion, including but not limited to: pornographic material, violence and bullying, hate speech, sensitive events, illegal activities, intellectual property infringement.
In addition, you agree that we and our affiliates (subject to these Terms, our MeLiv Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations):
MeLiv , permission to retain and continue to use your content - for example, you share your content with other users of MeLiv ;
It may be necessary to retain or disclose your Content in order to: (i) comply with applicable laws or regulations; (ii) comply with a court order, subpoena, or other legal process; (iii) respond to government authorities, law enforcement agencies, or similar agencies (whether in your jurisdiction or elsewhere);
safety of our affiliates or other users of MeLiv .
You understand that even if you attempt to delete your content from MeLiv , it may take some time or be impossible to do so as a result of technical and administrative issues - for example, we may not be able to prevent any third party from storing or using your content that you have made public through MeLiv any content.
We reserve the right to block or remove your content for any reason, including reasons we deem appropriate or required by applicable laws and regulations.
You are solely responsible for your content and we recommend that you always keep a backup copy of it.
You must at all times ensure that: (i) you have the necessary rights to submit, transmit or display your content and grant us the rights set forth in these Terms; (ii) your content (and our rights to your content under these terms use) does not infringe or violate any rights of any person or otherwise violate any applicable laws or regulations.
MeLiv is not a storage service. You agree that we have no obligation to store, maintain or provide you with copies of any content or information provided by you or others, except to the extent required by applicable law and as noted in MeLiv 's Privacy Policy.
7. Violation of Rights
We may respond to notices of alleged infringement (including infringement of intellectual property rights, defamation, and infringement of other civil rights) and other claims and demands. If you have any concerns related to copyright infringement, please contact us.
8. Third Party Content and Services
We are not responsible for the legality, accuracy or reliability of any content submitted, transmitted, displayed or linked by MeLiv (including content provided by MeLiv users or our advertisers) and do not endorse, support or guarantee its legality, accuracy or reliability. You acknowledge and agree that by using MeLiv , you may be exposed to inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, offensive or illegal content. Any reliance or use by you of any content on or accessible from MeLiv is at your own risk. Your use of MeLiv does not give you any rights to any content that you may access or obtain in connection with your use of MeLiv .
MeLiv is not responsible for the quality, reliability or suitability of any third-party services provided, provided, advertised or linked to by MeLiv , and we are not responsible for your use of or relationship with any such third-party or third-party services.
MeLiv to determine whether they comply with our policies, applicable laws and regulations, or contain otherwise objectionable content. We may remove or refuse to provide or link to content or third-party services if they infringe intellectual property rights, are obscene, defamatory or abusive, violate any rights, or pose any risk to MeLiv 's safety or performance.
From time to time there may be third-party content and services on MeLiv that are subject to further terms - for example, terms from the relevant third party that originally produced or created such content or services, or terms from relevant third parties that differ from those held on MeLiv related to promotional activities. You agree to abide by any such further terms and conditions notified to you in connection with your use of such third-party content and services.
9. Advertising content on MeLiv
MeLiv may contain advertising or commercial content. You agree that we are permitted to integrate, display and otherwise distribute advertising or commercial content within MeLiv .
10. Our Intellectual Property Rights
MeLiv (including any future updates, upgrades and new versions of MeLiv ) will continue to belong to us. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, you have no right to use our intellectual property. In particular, you have no right to use our trademarks or product names, logos, domain names or other distinctive brand features without our prior written consent. Any opinion or advice you provide about MeLiv is entirely voluntary and may be used by us at our sole discretion without payment or other obligation to you.
You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or extract source code from MeLiv , unless we do not prohibit you from doing so under applicable law or regulation, or you have our prior written consent. In the event that applicable laws or regulations authorize you to decompile or extract source code from MeLiv , you will first contact us to request the information you require.
We may provide updates to MeLiv from time to time. Such updates may occur automatically or manually. Note that MeLiv may not function properly or at all if you do not have an upgrade or new version installed. We do not guarantee that we will provide any updates to any MeLiv , or that such updates will continue to support your device or system.
We may, at our sole discretion, provide technical support to MeLiv (whether free or for a fee). We provide technical support without warranty or guarantee of any kind and in compliance with these terms at all times.
11. MeLiv using your device
In order for us to provide MeLiv to you , we may need to access and/or use the relevant device (such as a mobile phone, tablet or desktop computer) that you use to access MeLiv - for example, we may need to use your device's processor and storage to Complete the relevant MeLiv software installation, or use your device's camera and microphone to provide you with video chat services. You agree to allow us to access and use your device.
MeLiv 's devices for your use.
How MeLiv uses and accesses your device within MeLiv or otherwise (for example, through the relevant application store as part of the process of installing MeLiv on your device). You understand that if you do not provide us with such use or access, we may not be able to provide MeLiv to you.
Any personal information (as defined in the MeLiv Privacy Policy) will be handled in accordance with these terms, including our MeLiv Privacy Policy.
You may need an adequate internet connection to authenticate your MeLiv account or to use MeLiv . You may also need to activate certain features in MeLiv as described in MeLiv . If you do not comply with such requirements, you may not be able to use certain features within MeLiv .
Please note that we are not responsible for any third-party charges (including any charges from your internet and telecommunications service provider) that you incur as a result of using MeLiv .
12. Precautions
12.1 You agree that you will:
1. Comply with all applicable laws, including privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, export control laws, tax laws and regulatory requirements;
2. Strictly abide by these terms;
3. Use MeLiv in a good way .
12.2 You agree that you will not:
1. Behaving in an illegal or undesirable manner in relation to MeLiv , including being dishonest, abusive or discriminatory;
2. Publish defamatory, obscene, shocking, hateful, threatening or other inappropriate content or vent personal grievances or disputes;
3. Create a profile for anyone other than you (a real person);
4. Using or attempting to use another person's account;
5. Stealing or attempting to steal other people's virtual property, such as virtual gifts;
6. Harassing, abusing or hurting others;
7. Develop, support or use software, devices, scripts, robots or any other means or process (including crawlers, add-ons or any other technical or manual efforts) to scrape or otherwise copy configuration files and other data from MeLiv ;
8. Bypass or circumvent any access controls or service usage restrictions;
9. Copy, use, disclose or distribute any information obtained from MeLiv directly or through a third party (such as a search engine) without our consent;
10. Use, disclose or distribute any data obtained in violation of these terms;
11. Disclosing information that you have not agreed to disclose (such as confidential information of others);
12. Violating the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights;
13. Infringe our intellectual property rights or other rights;
14. Post any content that contains software viruses, worms or any other harmful code;
15. Manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any message or post transmitted through MeLiv ;
16. Create or operate a pyramid scheme, fraud or other similar practices;
17. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to export the source code of MeLiv or any non-open source related technology;
18. Remove, cover or obscure any advertisements contained in MeLiv ;
19. Use bots or other automated methods to access MeLiv , add or download contacts, send or redirect messages;
20. Monitor MeLiv 's availability, performance or functionality for any competitive purpose;
21. MeLiv except through interfaces expressly provided by us, such as its mobile applications;
22. Use MeLiv for tasks for which it is not suited;
23. Override any of MeLiv 's security features;
24. Interfere with the operation of MeLiv or impose an unreasonable load on it (for example, spam, denial of service attacks, viruses, game algorithms).
13. Warranty and Disclaimer
We assure you that MeLiv will be provided to you with reasonable care and skill.
Except for this warranty, and to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, MeLiv is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and neither we nor any of our affiliates make any representations or warranties or make any Commitment to MeLiv or any content submitted, transmitted or displayed by MeLiv , including: (I) any representation, warranty or undertaking that MeLiv will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or virus-free; (II) that MeLiv will be compatible with your device; or (III) MeLiv will be of marketable quality, fit for a particular purpose or not infringe anyone's intellectual property rights. To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, you disclaim any and all implied representations, warranties and undertakings.
14.MeLiv 's Responsibilities
To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, in no event shall we or any of our affiliates be liable for any of the following:
MeLiv , any damage caused by: (I) any natural disaster, such as flood, earthquake or epidemic; (II) any social event, such as war, riot or government action; (III) any computer virus, Trojan horse programs or other damage caused by malware or hackers; (IV) any malfunction or failure of our or your software, systems, hardware or connections; (V) improper or unauthorized use of MeLiv ; (VI ) your MeLiv is used in violation of these Terms; or (VII) for any reason beyond our reasonable control or foreseeability;
For any indirect, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages;
Any loss of business, revenue, profits, goodwill, content or data.
Notwithstanding anything else in these Terms, nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have in your jurisdiction (including any rights under applicable consumer Applicable laws and regulations shall not exclude or waive these rights.
You agree to indemnify us and our affiliates from and against any claims, actions, actions, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses (including litigation costs and attorneys' fees) and liabilities arising out of (I) your your use of MeLiv ; or (II) your breach of these Terms.
15. No liability for third parties
As described in the "Third Party Content and Services" section of these Terms, various third parties may offer certain content, services or software within MeLiv .
These terms govern the relationship between you and us. All your dealings with third parties, including those discovered through MeLiv , are solely between you and the relevant third party. Subject to mandatory applicable laws and regulations, we and our affiliates have no liability to you in connection with any third parties, including any content or services provided by such third parties within MeLiv .
16. Termination
These Terms will apply to your use of MeLiv until you or we terminate your access to MeLiv .
We may suspend or terminate your access to your account or to any or all of MeLiv : (i) if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms; (ii) if your use of MeLiv gives us or other users of MeLiv , pose a threat of potential third party claims against us or may damage our reputation; (iii) if you have not used MeLiv for an extended period of time; (iv) in our sole and absolute discretion any other reason. Where reasonably practicable, we will notify you of any suspension or termination.
Termination of your access to MeLiv (in whole or in part), you will immediately and permanently delete all copies of MeLiv associated with the termination, and you will immediately cease accessing and using MeLiv .
Retain and use your Content only in accordance with these Terms (and in particular the MeLiv Privacy Policy). If we suspend or terminate all or part of MeLiv , or if you or we terminate your access to MeLiv , we do not guarantee that we will be able to return any of your content to you, and we may permanently delete your content without termination. Keep you informed. Please make sure you regularly back up your content.
17. General
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us with respect to MeLiv . You agree that you will have no claims against us for any claims not expressly stated in these Terms. The words "include" and "including" should be interpreted without limitation. The invalidity of any provision (or part of any provision) of these Terms will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision (or the remainder of such provision). If a court finds that we cannot enforce any part of these terms as drafted, we may, to the extent enforceable by applicable law and regulation, replace these terms with similar terms without changing the remainder of these terms. Any delay in enforcement of any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any right under such provision. Any rights and obligations under these Terms which by their nature should survive, including any obligations relating to the parties' liability or indemnity, if any, will survive termination or expiration of these Terms.
No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms against anyone, and you may not delegate, assign or transfer these Terms, or any rights or obligations hereunder, without our prior consent. We may freely assign, transfer or sub-contract these Terms, or our rights and obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, without your prior consent or prior notice to you.
